Role Description The Intern role at Esade is an on-site position based in the Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area. Interns support academic and administrative activities, including assisting with research projects, preparing documents and presentations, and helping coordinate events or programs. Daily tasks may include data collection and analysis, maintaining records, responding to inquiries from students or staff, and collaborating with faculty and administrative teams.





Interns are encouraged to contribute ideas to improve processes and participate in meetings where appropriate. This internship provides practical exposure to a leading educational institution and opportunities to develop professional skills in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

Ability to perform research, organize information, and prepare clear reports or presentations.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative and professional attitude.

Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software).

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Interest in education, management, law, or related fields; current enrollment in a relevant degree program is preferred.

Ability to work on-site in the Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area and engage with a diverse, international community.

Proficiency in English and Spanish is highly beneficial; additional languages are a plus.
