: Technical responsibility for the DaaS Office devices with the focus on Desktop PCs, laptops, monitors, and accessories in our DaaS portfolio. Another focus is on the provider management with tracking and steering of all relevant tasks and certification activities.

Technical Expertise:

- 5+ years in IT/Infrastructure and technical environments of IT office devices.

Responsabilities:

- Design and implement the technical roadmap and strategy for the Office basket portfolio and manage the technical lifecycle. Also perform market research and screening on upcoming trends and lifecycle changes.
- Coordinate and monitor the service provider’s activities to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Regular meetings and task tracking with the GHL, including certifications, driver and BIOS updates, and resolving device-related issues.
- Define technical specifications for minimum requirements like PCs, laptops, monitors, and accessories.
- Define and document the service provider’s official scope of work and deliverables.
- Monitor new products and technologies through manufacturer enquiries and online research.
- Identify risks and initiate escalations (e.g. urgently required BIOS and driver updates or upcoming issues that may impact the stability in the client office environment).
- Hold regular meetings with manufacturers (OEMs) to clarify upcoming issues, discuss product roadmaps, and address open questions.




- Collaborate closely and communicate with responsible colleagues in Germany. Hold regular meetings and share experience and best practice.
