Job Summary

We are seeking App Support Lead with 7 to 8 years of experience in ITIL - Incident/Problem management. The role involves designing developing and maintaining enterprise-level applications in a hybrid work model. The candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality solutions that align with business objectives and contribute to the organizations success.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable and robust enterprise-level applications using J2EE and Core Java to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with project goals.

- Provide technical expertise in PL/SQL to optimize database performance and ensure seamless integration with applications.

- Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle including coding testing debugging and deployment.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards best practices and security guidelines throughout the development process.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal downtime and high system reliability.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve code quality and maintainability.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications user manuals and system architecture diagrams.





- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.

- Mentor junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement modern solutions.

- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of milestones and successful project completion.

- Support travel requirements as needed to collaborate with integral teams or attend client meetings.

Qualifications

- Demonstrate strong proficiency in J2EE Core Java and PL/SQL with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications.

- Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.

- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Have experience in hybrid work environments and the ability to manage tasks both remotely and on-site.

- Show expertise in database optimization and query performance tuning using PL/SQL.

- Display a commitment to adhering to coding standards and delivering secure maintainable solutions.
