We are looking for a Junior Project Engineer to join our Madrid team. This role is adecuado for engineers with 2–4 years of experience on industrial sites who are ready to take the next step into Project Management. Previous exposure to construction, commissioning or site coordination is essential, as you will be managing projects from engineering through execution.

What will you do? As a Junior Project Engineer, you will support the delivery of industrial projects throughout their full lifecycle, including:

Supporting project planning, execution and coordination.

Managing project documentation, schedules and cost tracking.

Coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors and suppliers.

Monitoring construction activities and supporting commissioning phases.

Following project progress to ensure quality, budget and schedule objectives are achieved.

Participating in technical meetings with clients and stakeholders.

Performing regular site visits to monitor project execution.

Supporting procurement, permitting and project reporting activities. You will be involved in projects from feasibility and engineering through construction, commissioning and handover. What are we looking for? Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or related Engineering.





2–4 years of experience on industrial construction sites, including construction supervision, commissioning, contractor coordination or site engineering.

Interest in developing a career in Project Management.

Experience working on industrial projects within Food & Beverage is highly preferred.

Experience in Pharma, Chemicals or Biochemical industries is also valued.

Understanding of industrial processes, utilities, equipment, automation or construction activities.

Knowledge of project planning, cost control and project documentation.

Fluent in English and Spanish. Any additional language is a plus.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
