The Cayman Cluster is seeking to hire a highly organized, proactive, and motivated Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Audit L&D; team. This role supports the coordination and delivery of Audit learning programs across all career levels, ensuring an effective and engaging learning experience for our professionals.



The successful candidate will work closely with Audit leadership, Subject Matter Experts, Human Resources, and Learning teams to support technical, quality, regulatory, and leadership development initiatives while maintaining accurate learning records and compliance reporting.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and delivery of Audit learning programs, including technical, quality, regulatory, leadership, and professional development training.
- Manage learner registrations, attendance tracking, participant communications,



and learning records.
- Coordinate classroom, virtual, and hybrid learning events, ensuring all logistical requirements are successfully executed.
- Liaise with internal and external facilitators, Subject Matter Experts, and vendors regarding scheduling, course preparation, and learning materials.
- Administer the firm's Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate course assignments, learner records, and completion tracking.
- Monitor completion of mandatory learning requirements and prepare compliance reports for Audit leadership.
- Maintain and update learning materials, facilitator guides, participant resources, and course documentation.
- Coordinate course evaluations, learner feedback, and post-training assessments to support continuous improvement.
- Prepare learning dashboards, reports, and analytics to measure participation, compliance, learner satisfaction, and program effectiveness.
- Support curriculum updates and implementation of new learning initiatives.
- Assist with learning projects, including technology-enabled and AI-supported learning solutions.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for learners, facilitators, and Audit stakeholders regarding training enquiries and learning support.
- Collaborate with Human Resources and Audit leadership to support talent development initiatives.
- Ensure learning activities comply with firm policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve learning administration processes and operational efficiencies.







QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum four to six (4–6) years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, Human Resources, or a professional services environment.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects, learning programs, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) is preferred.
- Experience within a professional services or accounting environment is considered an asset.
