Job Title: Legal Graduate – Project Delivery Support (Contract)

Overview
Our client is seeking a Legal Graduate to join their team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate to gain hands-on experience within a large-scale regulatory project, combining legal support with operational delivery responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support a global repapering programme to update client agreements in line with regulatory requirements (BRRD).
- Track and monitor the status of client negotiations and maintain accurate project records.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely completion of agreements.
- Review legal documentation and support the execution process through to signature.
- Assist in managing corporate and operational legal matters related to the project.
- Follow up on outstanding cases to ensure deadlines and project milestones are met.
- Support execution of documentation via ISDA BRRD Protocol adherence or bilateral amendment agreements.
Requirements
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent).
- No prior professional experience required; internships or academic exposure to financial regulation are advantageous.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within structured project environments.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with documentation and stakeholders.
