An international investment fund with a growing presence across Europe is looking to strengthen its Barcelona office with the addition of an M&A; Analyst.

This position sits within a specialized division focused on the preparation of investment materials and documentation, playing a key role in supporting investment processes across the group.

It is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical professional looking to gain strong exposure to M&A; transactions, working closely with investment teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft and structure investment memorandums, teasers and documentation supporting the investment process
- Collect, structure and analyze company, market and financial information
- Conduct company, sector and market research to support investment rationale
- Collaborate with investment teams to gather and validate relevant information for each deal
- Support due diligence processes by organizing and managing key documentation
- Maintain and update investment materials as the pipeline evolves




- Ensure consistency, quality and accuracy across all documentation

What We Are Looking For
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field
- +3 years of experience in M&A;, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or Transaction Services
- Proven experience drafting investment memorandums, presentations or transaction-related materials
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Full professional fluency in English
- Structured, organized and proactive mindset
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders
