Responsibilities Sell clothing, accessories, footwear, and leather goods, as well as related services such as styling, personal shopping, tailoring, customization, and after-sales services.

Interact with customers and sales support staff to maximize revenue generation and improve the customer experience.

Assist and inform consumers about offers, including product selection and purchase, with a broad knowledge of the organization's policies, products, and/or services.

Perform store-level support functions, including storage, customer service, scheduling, day-to-day operations, cash handling, and loss prevention services.

Assist with online orders if a product is not available in the store/center.

Previous Experience And Training

Previous experience in sales of clothing, accessories, footwear, and leather goods.

Vocational training or equivalent experience in the fashion or retail sector.

Broad knowledge of the organization's policies, products, and/or services.

Experience in making online orders and inventory management.

Experience in store-level support functions, including storage, customer service, scheduling,



day-to-day operations, cash handling, loss prevention services, maintenance, and support of administrative activities.
