To strengthen our commercial operations, we are currently looking for a motivated professional to join our team at our Porriño plant.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Commercial & Customer Service Executive based in Porriño. The responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with the production team, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Additional tasks include assisting with sales administration, maintaining customer databases, and ensuring an efficient flow of communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing professional and timely support.
- Manage customer inquiries, orders, and follow up communications.




- Support commercial and administrative office operations on a daily basis.
- Prepare quotations, commercial documentation, and internal reports.
- Coordinate communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer and order databases.

Qualifications

- Experience in customer service, order management, and sales administration
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills to manage client relationships
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Google workspace and experience with CRM tools
- Team-player attitude combined with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Knowledge of wood manufacturing or bespoke design solutions is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish and english is required; Additional knowledge of Italian is preferred and will be considered a strong advantage
- proficiency in additional languages is a plus
