Role Description The Owner or Writer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mataró. Day-to-day responsibilities may include documenting the history, values, and services of Satyanarayan Fruit Merchant, creating written content for marketing materials, and preparing product descriptions and customer communication. The role will involve maintaining clear records of orders, delivery processes, and customer feedback, as well as supporting promotional activities, including social media posts and local advertising.

The person in this role will collaborate closely with the operational team to accurately represent offerings, ensure consistent brand messaging, and help improve customer engagement through well-crafted written materials.

Qualifications

Strong writing skills, including the ability to create clear, engaging, and accurate content for marketing and customer communication.

Experience or interest in small business operations, retail, or food-related businesses,



ideally with exposure to fresh produce or grocery environments.

Basic organizational and record-keeping skills, with attention to detail in managing orders, customer information, and delivery documentation.

Comfort with using digital tools and social media platforms (such as Instagram and LinkedIn) to support brand visibility and customer outreach.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact respectfully with a diverse customer base and internal team members.

Ability to work on-site in Mataró full time, show reliability in daily attendance, and adapt to changing customer and business needs.

Proficiency in English and local languages relevant to Mataró is beneficial; previous experience in writing, content creation, or customer service is an advantage.
