We are looking for a bilingual, detail-oriented professional to join us and help streamline our operational workflows.

Support Our Teams: Guide internal requestors to accurately prepare their Expense Request forms.

Own the System: Efficiently enter and manage Expense Requests directly within SAP.

Connect the Dots: Partner and collaborate daily with key stakeholders across Contracts, Finance, and Legal to keep processes moving smoothly.

Ensure Quality: Meticulously review documents and workflows to guarantee accuracy and compliance. ? What we are looking for:

? Education: University degree in Economics,



Business Administration (ADE), Finance, or a related field.

?️ Languages: Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.

? Mindset: Highly organized, logical thinker, and capable of managing multiple requests simultaneously.

? Flexibility: Adaptable to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.

? Skills: Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude. ➕ Bonus Points (Nice-to-haves):

Experience using SAP or Ariba (not mandatory, we will train you!).

Good command of Microsoft Excel.

Basic familiarity with foundational accounting concepts.
