We are looking for an experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) to support the successful delivery of complex digital transformation projects. You will play a key role in project governance, planning, reporting, risk management, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in line with business objectives.

Responsibilities

- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex digital projects.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Coordinate project governance activities, steering committees, and reporting.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure project compliance with agreed processes and standards.
- Support change management and project documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

- Experience working as a PMO, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of project governance and delivery methodologies.
- Experience with project planning and reporting tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).




- Excellent stakeholder management and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Professional level of English is required. French is a plus.
