To support our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Badalona.

About the role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading maintenance and refit projects from the first customer meeting through to final delivery.

You will become the primary point of contact for owners, captains and crew, ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, on time and within budget while maintaining the quality standards that define the Swan brand.

This role combines technical knowledge, project management, commercial awareness and outstanding customer service.

It is a hands-on position where being present on board, understanding technical challenges and making decisions quickly are part of everyday life. Key responsibilities

Manage complete yacht maintenance and refit projects.

Build long-term relationships with owners, captains and professional crews.

Understand customer requirements and translate them into successful technical solutions.

Prepare quotations and project budgets.

Plan and coordinate technicians, subcontractors and suppliers.

Monitor project progress, quality, deadlines and costs.

Ensure efficient allocation of manpower and materials.

Manage purchasing activities and supplier relationships.

Review project profitability throughout execution.

Monitor project documentation and customer approvals.

Ensure work complies with NSGS quality standards.

Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and production processes.

Deliver projects to the highest standard.





Work closely with Project Coordinators and Management.

Travel internationally whenever required. What we are looking for

We are searching for someone who genuinely enjoys working in the yachting industry and understands what premium customer service really means. Essential

Previous experience managing technical or refit projects within the marine industry.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong organisational and planning abilities.

Leadership skills and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Fluent English (spoken and written).

High level of computer literacy.

Availability for international travel.

Driving licence. Highly desirable

Extensive practical sailing experience.

Experience navigating sailing yachts over 60 feet.

Good technical understanding of sailing yacht systems.

Experience working directly with owners, captains and professional crew.

Experience within premium yacht brands or shipyards.
