Position OverviewThe Role

We are looking for a Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our premium property portfolio and deliver an exceptional experience for both owners and tenants.

This is a highly operational, hands-on role focused on ensuring properties are guest-ready, coordinating vendors and service providers, managing check-ins and move-outs, resolving issues proactively,



and maintaining the highest hospitality standards throughout each stay.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of daily operations, guest support, property readiness, and service quality.

The adecuado candidate enjoys being involved in the details, building strong relationships with clients, owners, and suppliers, and ensuring every property runs seamlessly through direct involvement, effective coordination, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Every touchpoint should reflect VDB’s commitment to luxury hospitality, exceptional service, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

Hospitality & Guest Experience: Deliver an exceptional end-to-end experience for guests and clients by serving as a key point of contact throughout their stay. Build strong relationships with tenants, proactively anticipate needs, coordinate services and special requests, and ensure every interaction reflects VDB’s luxury hospitality standards. Handle tenant and owner enquiries and concerns with professionalism and urgency, take ownership of issues through to resolution, and provide outstanding service recovery when required.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve the guest journey and ensure a seamless, personalised experience from arrival to departure.

Build Strong Internal Relationships: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Business Development, Rentals, Sales, and Finance, to align priorities, resolve challenges, and provide a seamless experience across every stage of the property lifecycle.





Drive Process Excellence: Implement process improvements, support the adoption of the CRM and Breezeway, and maintain accurate, up-to-date records to ensure efficiency, transparency, and operational consistency.

Property Management Operations: Coordinate and execute the day-to-day operations of the assigned property portfolio, ensuring all tasks, requests, and follow-ups are completed efficiently and on time. Participate actively in daily stand-ups, organise and prioritise operational workflows, track ongoing maintenance and guest-related matters, and ensure clear communication between tenants, owners, vendors, and internal teams. Take ownership of operational issues and act as the primary point of escalation.

Vendor & Service Provider Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to guarantee high-quality, timely delivery of services while controlling costs and maintaining VDB’s standards.

Profile & Skills RequiredExperience & Education

3+ years of property management experience, preferably with premium or mixed-use properties.

3+ years of hospitality experience, preferably within five-star hotels or equivalent high-end service environments.

Strong client-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage complex handovers and cross-functional processes.

Comfortable using property management systems, CRMs, and operational software such as Breezeway.

Highly organised, proactive, and able to balance multiple priorities.
