- Ensure pod contributions to each release meet high quality standards, focusing on defect prevention and user experience
- Develop clear and comprehensive test plans with scope, estimates, resourcing, and tooling needs
- Create, maintain, and execute test suites and test cases tailored to the pod
- Maintain a prioritized bug database and lead onboarding of external QA resources
- Perform hands-on testing, raise pre-production quality concerns, and champion a 'shift left' approach
- Facilitate pod-specific playtests and collaborate with Customer Support and Live & Release teams to investigate live issues
- Monitor app health metrics such as ANRs and crash rates and act to mitigate issues
- Participate in team ceremonies and contribute to QA governance and best practices Требования:

- Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with the ability to multitask in an agile setup
- Exceptional reporting capabilities
- Extensive knowledge of JIRA and/or similar bug tracking systems
- Mobile testing experience and understanding of Apple/Google submission protocols
