We are looking for an exceptionally talented and committed HR People Partner. Reporting to the Spain HR Director you will play a critical role in the Change Management and driving the HR strategy in the company.You will work closely with the Leadership Team Members acting as a Key Agent in order to archieve the company goals. Support Managers in regards to HR requests and coaching on performance management and other talent issues
Manage and coordinate HR service delivery to ensure risk and compliance and operational excellence
Collaborate with People Services to deploy processes and services that are required to be executed in line with CoE standards. For example: payroll and benefits, local development and training, recruitment and onboarding, performance and compensation reviews
Facilitate HR communications and reporting
Provide feedback on HR policies, processes and programs to the Head of HR, People Services and CoEs
Partner with directors and managers from the Business

Education and experience

University Degree in Psychology, Business, Economics or related studies. An MSc in Human Resources degree will be highly appreciated
5+ years' relevant experience as HR Business Partner in complex organizations
Retail / Sales/ Commercial HR management experience is a preferred qualification
Must be fluent in English
