FUNCTIONS

Ensure availability of components and raw materials in order to meet the production plan according to the inventory policies of the company. Responsibilities:

- Analyze the needs of raw materials and packaging taking into account production planning.
- Key planning information update (delivery dates, lot sizes, incidents, etc.).
- Prepare orders to subcontractors, send materials necessary to manufacture/package in the necessary cases and carry out the follow-up collection to ensure the availability of the Finished Product.




- Medium/long-term rough capacity planning.
- Stock management.
- Send Rolling/Forecast according to agreements with suppliers to anticipate future supply needs.
- Detect and participate in the development of improvements.

Requirements:

- Education: Degree in BA, Economics or Engineering.
- Experience: At least 3 years having similar responsibilities in supply area.
- Experience in production environment is a plus.
- IT tools : SAP, EXCEL, Google Drive ….
- SAP is a must.
- Languages: Intermediated level of English and Advanced Spanish.
- Soft Skills: Analytical, organized, modest, team player, hard worker and versátil.
