About the role

The Housekeeping Management Trainee will provide support to the housekeeping management team in the daily operations of the department, helping them to make linen and uniforms inventories, cost management, delivering guests laundry and so on, always following Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay standards and procedures; oversee the team working on the floors conducting detailed inspections, etc.

In this role, you will assist in budget planning, cost and stock control, team management and scheduling. As Housekeeping Management Trainee, you will get a full understanding of housekeeping operations, also Laundry area, following the highest standards of the industry and will have the opportunity to collaborate with different departments of the hotel to exceed guest expectations.





Program length: 3 - 6 months

Start date: April – May 2023

What you need to have

- Enrolled in Hospitality & Hotel Management, Business Management studies, (Diploma, University studies or Master)
- English Fluency (B2+ or above)
- Being an independent speaker of Spanish (B2) will be a plus
- User level of Microsoft Office.
- Good organization and planning skills.
- Passion for delivering excellent guest services.
- Attention to details, love for teamwork and good interpersonal skills
- Previous hospitality experience is a big plus
- Eligible to work in the EU / Ibiza
