AUTEL is hiring Human Resources Specialist in Spain

Job description:
Implement and improve company HR systems and plans
Maintain employee information and HR process management
Responsible for employee attendance and payroll calculation
Responsible for company recruitment related activities
Responsible for employment contract and employee relations management
Maintain open communication channels with headquarters and related departments

Job requirements:




You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on personnel or a comparable qualification (Business Studies, Psychology, etc.)
Fluent in Chinese and English, Spanish is a plus
Ideally, you have some professional experience in HR or relevant internships
Microsoft Office applications (Word, PPT, Excel)
