For which tasks (responsibilities)?

- Work with team leads and the hiring manager to identify hiring needs, and to develop job specifications

- Prepare job descriptions, post and promote jobs

- Screen Resumes, CVs, and Portfolios, and manage job candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation

- Provide candidates with test tasks and feedback

- Professionalize/Modernize our recruiting processes: Setup a new ATS, Locate new platforms for hiring,



improve/setup social media, etc.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

- 5+ years of experience as a recruiter or in human resources

- Deep understanding of all stages of the hiring process

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills

- Proven success in conducting interviews and making hires

- Upper-intermediate level of English or above
