- You will have a dialogue with the client and you will move like a fish in water in complex contexts.
- You will have autonomy in the management and development of projects.
- You will work with empathy to understand the client's needs and their circumstances.
- You will communicate in such a way that you know how to explain abstract and complex concepts in a simple and consumable way.

To carry out these tasks you will need:

- Experience in managing complex projects coordinating the work of other specialists.
- Knowledge of design methodologies (service design, design thinking, system thinking, design futures...) and experience working with them.
- Sense of self-criticism and constructive feedback, to improve processes and the experience within The Cocktail.
- Experience in dialogue with the client and the development of accounts.
