As a crucial member of Corporate Strategic Business Development team at Werfen, this role will support in project management and preparation of executive presentations for strategic decisions relevant for the company’s long-term growth.

Key Accountabilities

· Develop management documentation and presentations under guidance of senior team members including ownership of Strategy Committee presentations.

· Own opportunity funnel trackers for M&A; and Corporate Venture Capital as well as filing when needed.

· Support in strategic analyses, prepare business cases to support data-driven recommendations.

· Support in Corporate Development projects across a variety of project types

· Provide Project Management and coordination support alongside the Head of Corporate Development

· Analysis and follow-up of market intelligence including listed competitors, analysts’ reports and market reports.

Skills & Capabilities:

The adecuado candidate for this position will exhibit the following skills and competencies:





· Demonstrated ability to create executive-level power-point presentations, including distilling relevant information into simple messages, creating compelling stories on a slide to deliver key messages, and compiling and maintaining master slide decks

· Managing multiple projects concurrently, including for multiple team mem-bers and stakeholders, and including across countries/time zones

· Multitasking across slide creation, information gathering and analysis, plus some logistical work to ensure the team is running efficiently

· Analytical skills to digest large amounts of data from numerous sources

· Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both ver-bally and in writing, in English

· High level of intellectual curiosity, self-motivated to solve difficult issues, continually seeking ways to improve

· Able to quickly understand the business, its key drivers, and issues.

Minimum knowledge & Experience required for the position:

· Prior work experience of 3-5 years in Corporate Development, M&A;, consulting, private equity or investment banking.

· Proficient level of English required

· Healthcare (diagnostics) experience is a plus

· Financial Modelling and Valuation experience is a plus
