Job Summary

S/he will provide support to the Treasury & Capital Markets department in a wide variety of tasks at corporate Headquarters (Barcelona). S/he will play an active part in the preparation of documentation aimed at Werfen’s external stakeholders (such as banks, vigente and potential investors, rating agencies, etc.), running different financial analysis, information research, preparing internal reports and committees’ documentation. Moreover, he/she will provide support to Werfen’s ESG strategy development looking for valuable insights and coordinating internal initiatives.

S/he will also help to connect global daily Treasury operations with the Capital Markets team as well as cross collaborate with other internal stakeholders in the Finance.

Key Accountabilities

· Support in the elaboration and delivery of high-quality marketing documents for Werfen’s financial stakeholders in a timely manner, in line with the company’s financial communication strategy: banks, investors, rating agencies, etc.

· Help the Treasury & Capital Markets team in the preparation of documents to be presented internally to different parties and departments.

· Monitor and register contacts with the financial community: banks, investors, rating agencies, advisors, etc.





· Bring market and peer intelligence as well as feedback regarding ESG topics to help Werfen structure its future ESG efforts. Provide support in the benchmarking with peers in terms of ESG practices. Monitor sustainability trends evolution from a legal, reporting and business prespective.

· Support the digital evolution of the Investor Relations area by preparing different documents and monitoring accesses to create reports. Help in the regular update of the financial contents based on a predetermined schedule

· Help coordinating events with Werfen’s external stakeholders: physical meetings, virtual calls, banks or investors roadshows and other events

· Coordinating both internal and external financial commucation strategy

Availability

· Full time desired / part time might be an option.

· Minimum of 6 months

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree program with preferred emphasis in Finance, Economics, as well as Environmental Sciences.

Skills & Capabilities:

· Ability to handle multiple priorities, projects and assignments simultaneously.

· Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

· Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

· Flexibility to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment, working with multiple team members.

· Sound motivation to learn and work for a leading corporate company.
