As Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to propose, develop and execute Western Unions marketing plans, policies and activities. You will focus on digital channels (such as Search, Social, Display, Video and Mobile campaigns) to define marketing opportunities for the organizations products and services. You will also work closely with other business units daily, as well as with various agents and suppliers. This role offers variety of tasks as several activities will need your support, such as: budget planning; data analysis and reporting; making recommendations to achieve marketing goals; CRM activation; close cooperation with designers and copywriters; pricing strategy.

Education or equivalent experience is required, preferably in digital marketing and within the financial services or payments industry.



A good knowledge of the Spanish market is needed. For this role, you will need to have strong analytical skills, be curious and keen to learn, and enjoy working with numbers. Strong communication skills are a must, as well as being comfortable in presenting reports to management. This role also requires you to be fully proficient with Microsoft office applications and keen to learn different analytic tools (such as PowerBi, Kochava, Amplitude). Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
