We are currently looking for a well-organized and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our office in Málaga and support our international trading operations.

What will you be responsible for?

● Providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team

● Managing ongoing correspondence with international customers and suppliers

● Supporting transport planning and monitoring order fulfilment

● Preparing and verifying commercial and transport documentation

● Coordinating information between the sales, logistics, finance, and administration teams





● Ensuring that documents and processes comply with applicable internal and external standards

Who are we looking for?

● You communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written — this is an essential requirement

● Knowledge of another foreign language will be an additional advantage

● You have a good working knowledge of MS Excel

● You are well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities

● You work accurately and pay close attention to detail

● You are proactive, independent, and comfortable working as part of a team

● You communicate clearly and enjoy working in an international environment
