? JOB OPPORTUNITY - BARCELONA (SPAIN)

At InnoIT , we're looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Program Director to lead a strategic cybersecurity transformation program within an international organization.

? Hybrid position based in Barcelona (Spain).

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or IT.
- 7+ years leading cybersecurity programs or large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Information Security, Cloud & IT Infrastructure, Networks, SDLC, and Security Risk Management .
- Experience managing executive stakeholders and reporting to C-Level .
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional English proficiency (C1/C2).

Nice To Have

- Experience with ISO 27001, NIST, DORA, or NIS2 .
- Experience in regulated industries .
- Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, PMP , or similar.

What You'll Do

- Lead a global cybersecurity transformation program across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, dependencies, and blockers .
- Drive program governance and executive reporting through KPIs and dashboards .
- Ensure alignment between business and technical teams .
