We're looking for an experienced Security Program Director to drive enterprise-wide security initiatives, protect critical business assets, and shape the future of cybersecurity across multiple regions.
? What you'll do
✅ Lead the company's general security program
✅ Define and execute cybersecurity strategy & governance
✅ Oversee compliance with international regulations (GDPR, DORA, ISO 27001, etc.)
✅ Manage security risks, incidents, audits, and executive reporting
✅ Partner with C-level stakeholders to translate security into business value
? What we're looking for
? 15+ years of experience in Cybersecurity & Information Security
? 7+ years leading global security programs
? Strong expertise in security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, COBIT)
? Hands-on knowledge of SIEM, EDR, IAM, DLP,
vulnerability management & Zero Trust
? Experience with Azure & AWS Cloud environments ☁️
? Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
