We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team and help design, develop, and deliver innovative digital solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable, cloud-native applications, integrating AI capabilities, and driving technical excellence across the software development lifecycle.

As a senior engineer, you will collaborate with architects, product owners, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to create high-quality solutions that solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and integrate Generative AI capabilities into enterprise-grade solutions.

Build and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, microservices, and integrations.

Develop data ingestion, processing, transformation, and orchestration pipelines for structured and unstructured data.

Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging corporate knowledge bases, repositories, and enterprise systems.

Work with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search engines, and agent frameworks.

Design prompts, tools, workflows, AI agents, and structured output mechanisms.

Integrate AI solutions with internal platforms, third-party services, enterprise applications, and legacy systems.

Leverage modern development tools, including AI-assisted coding platforms, to accelerate software delivery.

Develop automation solutions using APIs, scripting languages, workflows, Infrastructure as Code, and orchestration platforms.

Ensure software quality through best practices in testing, code reviews, observability, and performance optimization.

Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technology decisions and standards.

Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering excellence across the team.

Collaborate in Agile environments, participating in sprint planning, estimations,



retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in software engineering and backend development.

Strong programming skills in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, C#, Go, TypeScript, or Node.js.

Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.

Solid understanding of software design patterns, clean code principles, and application architecture.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Experience working with container technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

Knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies.

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with Git-based development workflows and collaborative software engineering practices.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Generative AI technologies and modern AI application development.

Knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.

Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Chroma, or Azure AI Search.

Understanding of Machine Learning, MLOps, and AI model deployment.

Experience implementing RAG architectures and AI-powered enterprise solutions.

Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or Bicep.

Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry.

Exposure to cybersecurity, data privacy, and responsible AI principles.

Relevant cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP) are a plus
