Senior Backend Engineer (Python)

Your qualifications:

· More than 8 years of experience in software development with strong knowledge of Python.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

· Solid knowledge of Python, object-oriented programming (OOP) , design patterns, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.

· Experience designing scalable distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs.

· Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django .

· Strong knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases.

· Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines .

· Strong understanding of software architecture , scalability, resilience, and secure development practices.

· Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in agile environments.

· Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

· Experience with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), RAG, AI agents , or workflow automation will be highly valued.
