About the role:

The Senior Purchasing and Logistics is responsible for the management of Purchase Orders (order placing, supplier negotiation, liaison with Admin for payment and bookkeeping) as well as of tracking and following day-to-day logistics of such Purchas Orders, ensuring smooth preparation, tracking, system input & delivery of the required material to its destination.

? What will you do?

- Purchase Order negotiation, ERP placing, and tracking.
- Logistics coordination with shipping companies and couriers (Fedex, DHL…), in an efficient manner (time & costs wise).
- Customs clearance coordination.
- Logistics tracking and reporting.
- Inventory keeping
- Order fulfilling & shipment preparation (occasionally).

? What are we looking for? Education: FP of International trade / Degree of Business Administration / Degree of International Trade / Logistics or similar.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in the fields of International Sourcing or Logistics (Operations Export/Import, Supply Chain, Logistics / Freight forwarding).

Technical Skills:





- Knowledge of International trade terms (Incoterms, logistics, customs clearance, payment terms and means, forms of transport). Experience with courier companies valued. Experience in cross-trade coordination and with importing under DDP in non-Spanish countries valued.
- Knowledge in SAGE X3
- English C1 (Fully international & multicultural company).
- Spanish fluency.

- Teamwork-capable and capable of working under time constraints and deadlines.
