iO Associates seeks a Senior Electrical AIT Engineer to lead spacecraft electrical AIT activities across the full project lifecycle, from subsystem integration through launch support, with planning-driven responsibility and hybrid flexibility for planning-heavy phases.
You will define integration and test campaigns, develop EGSE, author procedures, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet schedule, quality and safety targets across environmental tests.
