Job Description

In order to provide a strong competitive argument to Audemars Piguet, the employee must follow the strategic plan which aims at achieving objectives in terms of delivery lead times, repair quality and performance as well as costs. To do so, the Employee ensures the proper running of the CS workshops.

Workshop supervision

Distribute work and manage the repair flows

Work with all concerned CS colleagues to reach the deadline objectives

Work with final control to maintain the adequate quality level

Manage the workload and capacity of workshop

Ensure the proper maintenance of workshop stock supplies, equipment and tools.

Continuos improvement

Improve workshop and watchmaker performance (propose improvements related to





processes, tools, organization, …)

Participate to the continuous improvement of product quality (Quality Alarm, proposition

of improvement, etc.) as well as of work environment (Spirale, projects, …)

Assist the CS Manager

Perform the diagnosis of watches that are under warranty or under alert.

Workforce management

Supervise all the watchmakers and operators of the workshop (training, evaluations,

objectives, follow-up, etc.)

Participate in recruitment activities

Qualifications

3 - 5 years as a workshop supervisor.

Team management and development.

Collaboration and communication

Fluent English
