- customer support in the automotive sector

- assisting customers with troubleshooting and technical questions via email

- quick processing of service requests

- forwarding complex questions to 2nd-line support

- ensuring customer retention and satisfaction

- bilingual speaking: very good knowledge of English and advanced knowledge of German

- good working knowledge of MS Office

- strong communication skills and service mentality

- high degree of self-motivation and willingness to learn
