As a Freelance Recruiter, you will have the freedom to work from anywhere worldwide while playing a vital role in connecting exceptional Danish-speaking talent with various organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and engage potential candidates through platforms like job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for open positions.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and their progress in our applicant tracking system.
- Provide support to candidates throughout the recruitment process by communicating in Danish.




- Collaborate with the recruitment team to contribute to talent acquisition and sourcing strategies.

- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
- No previous experience in recruitment is necessary; a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement.
- Self-driven individual who can work independently in a fully remote setting.
- Familiarity with social media and online recruitment platforms is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
