This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in Greece while assisting customers with their home technology needs. Key Responsibilities

- Deliver top-tier customer support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding smart home and appliance products via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and technical support.
- Guide users through the setup and effective use of smart home devices, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to product teams on customer concerns and suggestions for improvement.




- Keep updated with the latest trends in smart home technology and product features.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous.
- A strong interest in smart home technology and appliances.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry.
