Responsibilities

- Engage with Dutch-speaking customers through various channels (email, phone, chat) to provide comprehensive support.
- Quickly respond to customer inquiries about products, orders, and account-related questions.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions within our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer journey and meet client needs.
- Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions,



and updates to provide accurate information.
- Encourage customer feedback and relay insights back to the team to drive improvements.

- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
- At least one year of experience in customer service, particularly in an e-commerce setting.
- Strong communication abilities, with an emphasis on active listening.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- A team player mindset capable of adapting to busy periods and changing environments.
- Positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed.
- Availability to work adaptable hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
