Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative, you will:

- Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat in Dutch

- Troubleshoot product/service issues and ensure a positive customer experience

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services

- Accurately log customer interactions in the system

- Collaborate with team members and report to team leads for any escalations

Requirements:

- Fluent in Dutch (C1-C2 level) and proficient in English (B2+)





- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail

- EU citizenship or a valid Spanish work permit

- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
