Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Transformation Program Manager to help shape the future of its global Digital Workplace.
This strategic leadership role sits at the intersection of workplace innovation, AI adoption, technology simplification and employee experience. The successful consultant will lead a major Workplace & Collaboration transformation portfolio while actively challenging the status quo, identifying opportunities for modernization, and accelerating the transition towards an AI-enabled, product-led and business-centric digital workplace.

The portfolio consists of approximately five major transformation initiatives alongside multiple supporting projects, all delivered within a global, multi-region environment.

Musts
- 10+ years leading complex IT Transformation Programmes within multinational organisations
- Proven experience leading Digital Workplace transformation initiatives
- Workplace & Collaboration platform experience
- Global enterprise transformation experience across multiple regions and business units is needed.
- Communication style, influence and relationship management are major differentiators.
- Experience working with outsourced Workplace service providers and operational organisations is highly desirable.
