Social Media Content Manager – Jofre Porta Academy

Jofre Porta Academy is looking for a Social Media Content Manager to bring our tennis academy to life across social media. You'll be the person behind the camera and behind the calendar, capturing everything from daily training sessions to international tournaments, and turning it into content that makes people want to be part of what we're building.

What you'll do day to day

- Manage our social channels across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook.
- Plan and maintain the publication calendar.
- Record and edit video content designed for social media.
- Design creative pieces for campaigns and launches together with our Marketing Specialist.
- Spot trends early and turn them into content that drives reach and interaction.
- Bring new ideas, formats and initiatives to keep the brand growing.
- Analyze content performance and translate the data into continuous improvements.
- Shape and execute the content strategy together with our Marketing Specialist.

What we're looking for

- Creative,



proactive and decisive.
- Genuinely lives on social media and stays ahead of trends.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing.
- Hands-on ability to shoot and edit for TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Strong visual judgment and clear communication skills.
- Organized, with the ability to manage several projects at once.
- Enjoys working in a team and pitching new ideas.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience managing social accounts for a personal brand or company (preferred).
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred).
