Our client is building a conversational AI platform that automates phone calls, campaigns, and real-time call analytics.

They are looking for a Senior Backend Developer or backend-focused Full-Stack Developer to build integrations with third-party APIs and support the continued development of their multi-tenant SaaS platform.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain backend services using TypeScript and NestJS
- Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and webhooks
- Design and maintain REST APIs
- Work with PostgreSQL, TypeORM, and database migrations
- Integrate OpenAI, Speech-to-Text, and Text-to-Speech services

Requirements

- 5+ years of software development experience
- Strong TypeScript and NestJS experience
- Strong PostgreSQL and TypeORM knowledge
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms
- Understanding of LLM workflows and OpenAI integrations
- Experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have

- Vue 3
- Twilio, Vapi, WebRTC, or ElevenLabs
- Stripe integrations
- BullMQ, pg-boss, or similar background job tools
