We’re looking for a freelance developer with strong experience in Ruby on Rails and the Hotwire ecosystem (Turbo + Stimulus) to build a new 12-page website, with a strong focus on frontend performance and user experience.

? Objective

Build a fast, modern, and responsive site using Rails + Hotwire — no complex JS frameworks — while ensuring a seamless user experience and optimal performance.

?️ Required Skills

- Expert in Ruby on Rails 7+
- Real-world experience with Hotwire (Turbo & Stimulus)
- Solid understanding of frontend performance (lazy loading, caching, SSR, etc.)
- UX-aware: not a designer, but able to implement a fluid and intuitive experience
- Proficient in modern HTML/CSS (TailwindCSS or similar is a plus)
- Clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

- 12 pages (mix of static and dynamic:



landing page, product page, contact form, etc.)
- Design will be provided (Figma or similar)
- SEO-friendly, responsive, and blazing fast
- 100% Hotwire stack (no React/Vue)
