For our office in Costa Blanca we are searching for new Experienced French-Speaking Real Estate Agents to join our team!
We provide our agents with the tools and support they need to succeed.
Our dedicated back-office team handles developments, legal matters, and administration, allowing our trained professional agents to focus on what they do best: serving our clients.

Commission starts at 30%
- Option 2: A safety net for the first 3 months with commission starting at 20%

What You’ll Do:

- Assist international clients through every step of the home-buying process
- Conduct property tours (virtual & in-person)
- Handle negotiations, coordinate legal paperwork, and finalize deals
- Stay up-to-date on the Costa Blanca real estate market

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience, preferably in new build sales
- Fluency in French & English (other languages are a plus!)
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
- Willing to work from our Costa Blanca office 2-3 days per week
