This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Receptionist at Mayan Spas, located in 5*GL Hotels in Barcelona. The Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis. Please do not apply if you are looking for a transition job. We are looking for professional Recepcionists with long term job expectations. Qualifications

Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
