We are looking for a smart, savvy Strategic Consultant to help us grow our business in Spain. You will be a trusted voice in front of clients, a sharp thinker behind the scenes, and a driving force in our mission to put customer obsession at the heart of how organisations work. You will work closely with our CEO and COO to open doors, shape opportunities and turn conversations into lasting partnerships. 03/ What you will do

Help grow our Spanish business, from first conversation to signed engagement

Run meetings and workshops with clients, articulating the value of AI,



customer obsession and the business impact we bring

Produce and continually evolve our company presentation and capabilities story

Partner directly with the CEO and COO on business expansion and client workshops

Represent Sigma Inspire as a credible, energising presence in the Spanish market 04/ What we are looking for

Native or fluent Spanish, with the right to live and work in Madrid

Full of energy, proactivity and a genuine belief in customer obsession

Comfortable leading client meetings and articulating complex value simply

Able to dig into data and read the basics of analytics, spotting the patterns that turn insight into action

Strong at building clear, compelling presentations and narratives

Commercially minded, curious about AI, and excited to help build something 05/ The practical details

Based in our Madrid office, five days a week

Full time, with occasional business trips

Right to work and live in Madrid required
