Internship Opportunity: Front Desk & Community Associate (Intern)

Location: OneCoWork Barcelona (Coworking Space)

Start Date: ASAP

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 4 hours/day

Options: 8:30–12:30 or 14:30–18:30 (we're adaptable!)

Monthly Compensation: 400€

At OneCoWork, we are on a mission to provide exceptional workplace experience for modern professionals. We are currently seeking a Front Desk & Community Associate Intern to join our dynamic team and support our day-to-day operations while creating a welcoming environment for our members.

Responsibilities

Front Desk & Operations

- Be the first point of contact for members and guests.
- Assist with the daily opening and closing of the space (lights, coffee machine, meeting rooms).
- Handle mail and package deliveries and distribution.
- Answer phones and manage walk-ins and entry access.
- Help keep records and databases (CRM) updated.

Community & Events

- Help maintain a vibrant, friendly atmosphere in the space.
- Support in planning and organizing internal events and networking opportunities.
- Contribute to the upkeep of our event and office calendars.




- Sales Support
- Respond to basic inquiries via phone and email.
- Assist with giving tours and explaining membership options.
- Help update member records (onboarding, billing, etc.).

About You

- Must be currently enrolled as a student and able to sign a convenio de prácticas with a university or school.
- A team player with a “can-do” attitude.
- Enthusiastic about community, coworking, and startups.
- Organized and comfortable multitasking.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Basic computer literacy (Excel, Outlook; CRM knowledge is a plus).
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or sales is a plus but not required.
