Design Master Data Management creation and maintenance processes in own area Ensure MDM processes fulfil business needs while fostering consistency across the Group Ensure MDM processes alignment with policies and accountabilities (operating model) Design Master Data Management processes in own area. Ensure processes are compliant to group Policies and DoAs. Ensure MDM processes fulfil the needs of - and are validated by - process stakeholders, Ensure all owned processes are documented according to standards. Support audits (ISO certifications, customer audits..), Support M&A; and IT projects (such as ERP implementation) by defining adequate Master Data setup and processes, Provide third level support to MDM Operations teams (what to do if not in the books) Ensure continuous dialogue with process stakeholders and MDM Operations teams to nourish continuous improvement process. Experience in a multinational company / exposure to diverse cultures Proficient in process modeling and design Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals, Ability to animate workshops and drive a decision, manage a work package in autonomy
