ABOUT THE JOB As a Warranty Technician, you are responsible for managing warranty claims and returns, providing technical support to customers, and ensuring the effective resolution of warranty-related issues. Working closely with customers, internal teams, and quality stakeholders, you analyse warranty cases, investigate non-conformities, and contribute to maintaining high service and quality standards. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS A WARRANTY TECHNICIAN?
Manage and follow up warranty claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Analyse warranty cases and identify root causes of product failures.
Coordinate the complete warranty and return process with customers.
Handle internal non-conformities and quality-related incidents.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding products and applications.
Offer technical assistance on mechanical, electrical, and electronic matters.
Collaborate with quality, technical support, and customer service teams to resolve warranty issues.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to warranty cases.
Monitor case progress to ensure actions are completed within agreed deadlines.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and recommendations based on warranty analysis. WHAT DO YOU BRING AS A WARRANTY TECHNICIAN? Vocational training in Automotive Technology, Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of electromechanical systems and general mechanics.
Understanding of automotive air conditioning systems.
Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented mindset and ability to provide technical support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Spanish at a high level and English at an intermediate level.
