Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer support for Czech-speaking clients across various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and account management.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a solution-oriented approach to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve the overall service delivery and customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, service offerings,



and business processes to provide informed support.

- Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and empathize with customers.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and standard office software is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
