From our office in Valencia, we make sure our customers love us—by delivering a 9+ WOW experience. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a new English-speaking superstar to join our team. Someone who’s passionate about people, excited about delivering amazing service, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.

Meet the Team
You’ll join our diverse and driven Customer Experience team—full of international colleagues who are all working toward one goal: happy customers. We support each other, challenge each other, and have fun along the way.

What You’ll Do

- Be the first point of contact for our American customers via phone, email, and chat.

- Guide customers to the right product or service by proactively offering advice and solutions.

- Deliver service with a smile and live our core value: Think Like a Customer.

- Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure a flawless customer experience.

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

- Fluent English speaker (native or near-native)

- Experience in Customer Service or a people-facing role is a big plus.

- Passionate about problem-solving, communication, and customer happiness.





- You enjoy structure but thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.

- A great team player who’s always ready to support others.

- You are looking for a position that is full-time and later hours (from 3pm to 11:30pm or from 6:30 pm to 02:00 am)

- Already in Valencia or willing to relocate soon.
