Key Responsibilities

- Engage with Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat to facilitate their hospitality bookings.
- Offer expert knowledge on various accommodations, services, and local attractions to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Handle reservation requests with accuracy, confirming all necessary details to ensure a smooth booking experience.
- Proactively address inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the booking process with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and bookings in our CRM system.




- Stay informed about industry trends in hospitality to provide clients with the best options available.

- Bilingual Dutch speaker, with excellent command of English preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality reservations, customer service, or similar roles is advantageous.
- Strong enthusiasm for travel and familiarity with hotel services and tourist destinations.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a passion for creating positive client experiences.
- Ability to think on your feet and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and office software.
- Self-starter who can work independently in a dynamic environment.
